1. The service

FaceAgeCalc provides a free, browser-based AI tool that estimates facial age and related facial measurements from photos you provide. No account is required, and the tool is offered "as is".

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use FaceAgeCalc only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Use the tool to harass, embarrass, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Present results as official identification, medical assessment, or legal proof of age.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

Results are AI-generated estimates for entertainment purposes only. Facial age is not a measurement of your real age, health, or appearance quality. Do not rely on results for medical, legal, employment, or insurance decisions. See our Disclaimer for more.

4. Your photos

Photos are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to us (see Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to use any photo you analyze, and you keep all rights to your photos.

5. Intellectual property

The FaceAgeCalc name, logo, design, and site content are our property (or licensed to us) and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for sharing your own result images generated by the tool.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceAgeCalc is not liable for any decisions you make based on tool results, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
